Legend of a Rose - Poetry - 3 Empty Legend of a Rose - Poetry - 3

Like a Star @ heaven The spring rain, droplets running
off sweet petals of white and pink.
A sigh rises from the mornings mist,
the sun embracing them to her loving
warmth.

The flutter of colorful, delicate wings,
such gentle laughter, the rose being
tickled by midnight feelers. The moon
floats over, like a spotlight of an effervescent
glow.

Summer comes, tiny hands grasp and sing,
such lovely words spills forth from a child's
lips. Autumn wears colors, a lifetime has
almost come to pass. Leaves dance gracing
the ground in colored choreography.

Winter, Death's sweet breath. Sunlight fading,
petals droop. Youths softness, to wisdoms age.
The Rose dies, leaving its kiss for new summer
days. Like a Star @ heaven
