The Vault (Mature) - Active!

Following a few awkward seconds of blinking precariously at the
overseer, Achen saw himself following Rocky and Tristan. As he watched
Tristan slowly marching out of the room, he began to realize the
gravity of the situation. For the first time, he began to comprehend
how strenuous this was going to be. They needed weapons? That's the
first time he ever heard that about the outside world.

Achen's mind quickly reverted to his father, and the stories he had
told him about the outside world. Whether these stories were true
wasn't important to him right now, he just wanted to know whether his
father was responsible for his selection in the group. Although the Security Officer seemed clueless, Achen began hoping someone would ask her what the basis of selection was. He turned his back and glared at Victor, who was slowly walking upto him.
