Okay, so here are the basic rules/regulations/etc. about Writing Prompts! Fabulous little things if you know how they work. So here we go:

Writing Prompts are basically just topics. There are thoughtful points or topics to make you contemplate things. They can be about anything: Love, Hatred, Life, or the Turkey, bacon and cheese club you ate for lunch today. (I don't know about you, but when I saw it I looked away.) Just things to think about and write down your thoughts on.

Now the basis of it here is to post your own. They can be about anything, like I said. If you want to write one, but don't have a topic, you can look at the Stickies. They are cute little temps with your idea. Think of them like virtual Post-Its. Every week they will contain topics to let your imagination gobble up and write about. You can turn them into whatever you like, be it a poem, story, or just a paragraph of thought. You can always look at past Prompts, or use a different one.

The main rule is: Make it up. You read it, and that's it. No hints, no questions, just go. If you don't get it, roll with it; make it what you want. It's fun, not stressful.

So go ahead, let's see what you've got. And hey, here's a quirky Prompt: If it's a Prompt, why doesn't it have to be done Promptly?
