New Diet Empty New Diet

I've been trying a "diet" of sorts lately, that supposedly worked well for a friend. He, over the course of a couple years, became a huge pothead (the really really attached kind). In the process he lost over 60 pounds from smoking, and resisting the urge to eat. Now the munchies.... as they are called, seem to come power packed and will eat your willpower alive. You may start out with a strong mindset "I will not eat tonight" then realize 3 hours later that you've bought a value meal from Mcdonalds, had a bowl of ice cream, and an entire jar of salsa with chips. How am I supposed to diet if I don't even have the willpower to resist the munchies?

Or fill your house with bran based products. It will flow straight through your system and clear out anything in your bowels and intestines Very Happy

On a side note: I wouldnt really recommend something that involves smoking/drugs Razz

well considering the food involved lies a tad bit off the beaten path as far as meals go, I have to get some funding to manage my endeavor. So, after I check my cabinets, pockets, and parents for some money/food I'll start it up.

yea carries right. you need to eat vegies and fruits... even try going to bed early that keeps the muchies away. me ive been on a diet for a month and a half. been eating whatever i want pretty much but i eat a lot of greens, go to the gym and been going to bed around 11. and in that time ive lost 11 lbs. not bad i must say myself lol had to buy new clothes ^_^

Well, I stopped eating once for two weeks and lost 20 lbs. but the issue with that is WILLPOWER.
