So I logged on for the first time in awhile (I still have no internet) and the last post was on August 19... What happened? Where did all of our living breathing organs go? I'm just an appendix, I can't run anything alone, let alone The Hab.

So if anyone reads this, help me out: I'm going to be posting as much as I can in one day. Follow suit. I want to log back on and see someone else's posts besides mine. I'm not going to let The Hab die without a fight.

See you soon, organ donors.

Upon emerging from the shelter the child was greeted by the sight of a necropolis.

Around him the groans of the dying disturbed the calm of the night air. The child, apparently unaware of his surroundings, yawned, stretched and promptly lay down to sleep in the damp grass of the garden.

As had happened before the air raid, a light rain began to fall gently. Several minuites passed. The groans of the dying ceased gradually as they each completed their metamorphasis into cadavers.

The ever-constant sky ocean

surges on.

Below the grey, swaying plains

I stand motionless,

my hands cupped.

In my makeshift bowl,

I capture the clear river that rushes

towards the ground.

I follow the water

as gravity leads it to the lake.

Gravity leads me to the lakebed.

Hush, now,

child.

Hear the tiptoe of the rain

along the drive.

In the forest, the hermit

sits beneath the umbrella

of the trees.

In the forest, the birds cease their song

and keep dry their young.

So I hope to plant it here and start a lovely debate!

“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?

Then he is not omnipotent.

Is he able, but not willing?

Then he is malevolent.

Is he both able and willing?

Then whence cometh evil?

Is he neither able nor willing?

Then why call him God?”

So this is pretty self explanatory. You come up with two truths about yourself and one lie, the next person to post is suppose to guess which one is the false one.

So example:

I'm 8 feet tall

I live in Michigan

I floated naked down a river.

Next person

*8 Feet tall.

then they go.

though lets say they get it wrong and someone else posts after them. Basically who ever gets it right first does their "Two Truths and a Lie"

so on and so forth

Would a bad sexual experience make a good song?

I should do it quick, that cat might beat me to it. Damn, that cat got quite the show.

Chapter 3 - In The (Bad) Mood

   'Hello?'

All was dark. Jason walked around in what seemed to be a large expanse of darkness, of nothingness. How he got there, he did not know. All he knew was that he wanted to get out of there.

'Uh, is there anyone...or anything...here?' Jason called out again into the darkness, his voice echoing long into ...

My mind is a realm. An existence seeking a purpose, a soul wishing to bring that which is seen only by the mind’s eye and show it to those who are blind. A screaming torrent where swords clash and arrows fly so thick that they black out the sky, where morning dew is replaced from warm blood from the first kill in battle. A place where beauty resides that if ever brought to the mortal plain it would make you fall to your knees and weep tears of joy and exclaim, "There is a God!” A place ...

Just a little notice for all of you.

Remember the story that I began writing, 'Firebird'? Well, I decided to continue writing it and I am currently working on the 3rd chapter (chapters 1 and 2 are already posted here on the Hab, if you haven't already read them).

I hope to be able to get the 3rd chapter done soon. As usual, I'm kind of forming the story as I go, so please be patient.

This should definitely make Abbas happy, seeing as he enjoyed what I'd written so far.

In the morning of the storm

the shudders slam shut

the worms take their refuge

in layers of mud.

And the muck

it is warming

so near to the heart

where ancient lost hot springs

are bubbling up.

In the morning we set out

no waking, just we,

lost in the downpour

of old memories.

In the evening of waking

the birds are alive

singing sweet softly

their voices arise.

And the night

is not far now

no farther than here

clinging quite close to the

salt in the tears.

She's smiling ...

constant battle. Is he doomed to forever be enslaved by the power of

These demons, they fight for a release which cannot be given, which

Introduction: Before you start reading, I just want to say something brief. Lately, I've been stuck in an extra long period of poetry writer's block, and I can't seem to get out of it. So, seeing as I have the need and desire to write, I'm starting to work on a story called "Firebird", which was inspired by several things: a song of the same name by a band called White Noise, and an old, crappy poem of mine, which, although bad, had some good ideas.

Anyways, this first chapter is ...
